CASP
Proxy POIntegrated portal for employees, consultants and supervisors, created to structure and centralize the entire professional transition process after economic layoffs. The project required functional clarity, modeling of complex journeys and an agile organization capable of giving life to critical interactions between multiple profiles.
Context / Challenge
LHH needed to modernize the management of economic layoff processes, traditionally conducted by telephone, emails and visits. A single platform was missing that allowed employees to access info, send documents or contact consultants. The challenge included multiple profiles, limited digital literacy and strong pressure for clarity and predictability.
Intervention
The intervention involved the deep analysis of the existing process and the structuring of the three main flows (employee, consultant, supervisor). Interviews, journey mapping, story mapping and definition of functional requirements were conducted. The agile framework was installed from zero. With the unexpected departure of the designer, all functional design and conception workshops were assumed directly, allowing to align technical vision, business rules and UX. The work also included the evangelization of stakeholders with specific training.
Impact
- Complete functional model for three profiles (employee, consultant, supervisor).
- Backlog clear and prioritized, allowing predictability and continuous development.
- Interface redesigned after designer departure, ensuring continuity without loss of rhythm.
- Structured story mapping and journeys, allowing faster and more assertive decisions.
- Stakeholders aligned, thanks to specific training and applied pedagogy.
- Project stabilized, avoiding the risk of cancellation and ensuring constant delivery.
